WPMU issue : network side broken settings + hidden plugin on child blogs

Hi,
Since the last release, the plugin is hidden in multisite mode and the network page /wp-admin/network/tangible is broken.

What happens?

Just saw this in this other thread this morning. I’ll get a dev on this.
